Employee Benefits Account Manager

years.
You will manage a handful of clients from 100-300+
lives.
You will be the primary point of contact for your clients and will be responsible for creating insurance proposals, maintains profitable retention of assigned accounts, acts as a liaison between client and internal departments, seeks out enhancements/upgrades to current accounts, assist with funding strategies, enrollment presentations, and responds promptly to requests for data and questions from clients.
Ideally, we would like someone that has broker experience and some self-funding exposure, however; consideration will be given to all candidates with relevant industry experience.
Compensation is open depending on experience level.
