Experience a great work environment led by an engaged management teamnnJob responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) include and are not limited to:nn tAssisting CNAs in performing ADL and routine care. n tConducting resident/patient treatments. n tAdministering medication in accordance with physician orders and Plan of Care.n t Submitting pharmacy orders. n tAccurately documenting and recording all information. n tGiving injections of medication as prescribed. n tObserving resident health to communicate current condition to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians. n tTaking vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature and weight.n tBasic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging.n tManaging IVs, starting IV drips. n tMonitoring fluid/food intake and output. n tObserving and reporting resident accidents, incidents and the presence of skin breakdowns. n tAssisting as directed in the admissions process.nRequired License/Certifications: LPN LicenseEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
