Construction & Development Analyst
Summary
We are looking for Construction &a; Development Analyst provides day-to-day support to the Construction &a; Real Estate Teams. Be at the forefront of our company&s;s expansion and help us grow! This role ensures projects are properly set up, assigned, and tracked.
This is Remote opportunity with minimal travel (less than 10%) based out of these US states: NY, NJ, or PA As your taxes are based on your home address location, you will not be able to move and work to states outside of these.
What You&s;ll Do
o Oversees and manages assigned project and/or departments data, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirements
o Conduct data entry and data management for various department projects
o Assist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plans
o Analyze construction processes and requirements and develop corresponding process and dataflows
o Organize and review construction &a; design documents
Maintain and monitor all site development and construction budgets and financial reporting Assist the region with due diligence for all expansion opportunities. This position will coordinate with multiple vendors (civil engineer, environmental consultants, architect, etc.) to evaluate and mitigate all associated risk through Lidl due diligence process.
o The position will support active development and construction by working alongside external consultants to take all Lidl expansion projects from conceptual design phase to grand opening.
o Produce technical and financial analysis in support of project and business solutions
What You&s;ll Need
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
o Knowledge of commercial real estate development
o Knowledge of construction means and methods, building codes, health, and safety regulations
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
o Ability to work independently
Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
o Bachelor&s;s degree in related field
o 0-3 years of experience in a related field
o In lieu of degree, 3
years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
Physical Job Requirements
o Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
o Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Travel Requirements
o This position commutes between stores, regional offices and/or distribution centers up to 10% of the time
o This position requires overnight domestic travel up to 0% of the time
