RAM Recruiting - Attention all Social Workers! A leading Nursing Home in your area is seeking a compassionate, empathetic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Worker.
As the Social Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents.
You will work closely with residents, families, and staff to develop and implement care plans that address their social, emotional and psychological needs.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing the social and emotional needs of residents and families and developing individualized care plans to address their needs Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordination of care and services Providing emotional support and counseling to residents and their families Assisting residents and families with adjusting to life in a long-term care setting Connecting residents and families with community resources and support services The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for serving seniors and a commitment to improving their quality of life Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff benefits included but not limited to:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
