As a Customer Service Coordinator at Storm Master Gutters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Inbound and Outbound calls Entering call notes into system Data Entry Sending Emails, scanning documents, builder web portals Preferred
Qualifications:
1-2 years of customer service experience Basic skills in Microsoft Office products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent data entry skills Physical demands:

You must be able to lift light to moderate weight and sit for extended periods to complete your computer job.
