Your main responsibilities Coordinating with patients to make sure they stay on their care plans Preparing all the proper paperwork associated with patient visits Checking patients in and out Scheduling patients Recall patients that have previously been in the office for follow up Verifying insurance coverage (you will be fully trained on this) Reception work (answering phones, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, etc.

) Controlling patient flow Pulling files and preparing them for the next day Must be able to multitask and have a passion to help patients get results.
This position is for an independent person who is a self starter.
