Responsibilities:
Manage all social media accounts:
planning and posts.
Build and manage the Company's brand and align with social media calendar Management of social media posting schedule Social Platforms:
Take the initiative to explore and expand our presence on additional social media platforms Content creation Responsible for drafting social media captions and copy Respond to all DMs, like/comment on photos, engage with audience Create ads via Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn and more Assist in ad management of social channels Assist in strategy of influencer relations Suggest new ideas and strategies to increase traffic conversion on digital marketing channels Report on social KPIs weekly and monthly, what content is performing best, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Draft press releases, blogs and e-mail blasts Stay up-to-date with changes/updates on all social media platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness Qualifications Advanced knowledge of the following social platforms:
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Google, Yelp and more Demonstrate confidence in managing online platforms, posting engaging content, and staying updated on the latest trends A passion for digital marketing, with strong organizational and communication skills Over 3 years experience in the digital marketing/social media space and content creation Multi-tasker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Email Distribution Familiar with Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn - Ads Manager, Reporting Ability to turn analysis into action, execute and meet to timelines, and provide timely solutions Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Design:
Ability to create eye-catching infographics, edit photos, and convey messages through visual content.
Experience with Photoshop is a plus.
Photography:
Develop an eye for capturing and selecting photos that best represent our company and resonate with our audience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
