Responsibilities:
Supervising and coordinating automotive service and maintenance tasks.
Ensuring efficient workflow and productivity within the facility.
Managing a team of technicians and mechanics, including scheduling and training.
Monitoring and maintaining quality control standards.
Interacting with customers to address concerns and provide exceptional service.
Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Collaborating with suppliers and vendors for inventory management and procurement.
Analyzing data and generating reports on performance and productivity.
Resolving issues and conflicts that arise during daily operations.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
Job Requirements:
Strong automotive industry knowledge and experience.
Proven track record in managing onsite operations within the automotive sector.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate and manage a team of technicians and other staff members.
In-depth understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance within the automotive industry.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the automotive industry.
Relevant certifications or licenses, such as ASE certification, are preferred.
Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
Familiarity with automotive industry standards and best practices.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
