5K a year 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago Following Hikma SOPs and cGMPs, the Production Operator II is responsible for the inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished drug products.
The Production Operator II position will execute these tasks manually or will be responsible for operating equipment that performs these functions.
Performs visual inspection of drug product following SOPs and cGMPs.
Performs manual packaging functions as required.
Sets up, maintains, and operates various computerized and manual inspection/packaging equipment.
Performs line clearance of assigned production lines as required.
Adheres to cGMPs and internal SOPs as required.
Responsible for maintaining the quality of machine output and product integrity.
Responsible for maintaining a clean production environment during shifts.
Completes and maintains applicable log book and batch record paperwork as required.
Reports both machine and manual deviations to the area supervisor or designee.
Performs other related production functions, such as Inspector, Packer, Catching, etc.

Diploma or equivalent is required.
Some college and/or college degree preferred Physical Demands:
A close visual acuity (eye exam) is required.
Employees may be required to lift 5 - 40 pounds.
Employees may be required to stand continually throughout the shift.
The job involves frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
The noise level of the job environment is moderate.
Hearing protection is provided and may be required at times.
