In this position you will often be the primary contact person for our clients thus being sympathetic, understanding and just plain nice is of the utmost importance.
Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in pre-litigation for a personal injury firm whose duties communicating with clients, doctors office and insurance companies.
However, recent college graduates will be considered.
Gathering all medical records and other relevant documents and building demand packs and trial packs.
Monthly bonus on production.
We pay 100% of medical/dental insurance.
We are looking for someone who Enjoys working in a close knit team Spanish speaking is a plus Is willing to learn and take on new responsibilities Comes to work with a smile.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
