We are looking for an upbeat receptionist / administrative assistant with a willingness to learn and work hard.
Bilingual preferred, but not required.
Reliable transportation is a must.

Employee must be:
Willing to work at least 40 hours/week Able to multi-task Proficient with computers Personable when interacting with patients as well as coworkers Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Making confirmation calls and no-show calls Checking patients in/out Retrieving appropriate paperwork from patients Scanning patient paperwork and uploading to EMR system Scheduling patients when they are referred out Note-keeping Retrieving reports from other facilities Handling faxes appropriately Surgical coordination Invoicing Processing payments Responding to a high volume of emails Sending medical records Benefits for Full-Time Employees:
