Position Description As a passionate and experienced Clinical Manager looking to elevate your career to the next level, you'll join Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy as a Regional Clinical Development Director and lead a team of dedicated BCBAs in creating a positive and transformative impact.
The Regional Clinical Development Director will work to maximize Company profits by directing the activities of the assigned locations/teams, providing high-quality customer service, and achieving targets and budgets while delivering superior service through a trained and motivated staff.
The Regional Clinical Development Director will customarily and regularly exercise independent judgment and discretion in the execution of job responsibilities.
Strategic Leadership:
Spearhead and execute visionary strategies to elevate clinical operations across multiple centers.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the delivery of top-notch behavior analysis services aligned with Kaleidoscope's high standards.
Team Empowerment:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of behavior analysts and clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
Innovative Program Development:
Collaborate with teams to design and implement cutting-edge, evidence-based interventions for clients.
Regional Oversight:
Travel to the various centers across South NJ, actively engaging with local teams and ensuring consistent excellence.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize analytics to assess program effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners, reinforcing Kaleidoscope's commitment to exceptional client experiences.
Required Experience and Education:
Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Leadership experience highly preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs as a BCBA; exceptions may be made.
Clinical expertise of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
Candidates must possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift children to 50 lbs.

This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
