Job Description
? Key member of the Reporting and Technology team responsible for creating and implementation of the business processes, workflows, technology solutions and technology frameworks and operational excellence initiatives
? Perform business analysis, Create business functional requirements and translate those requirements to system/report specifications
? Implement or participate in the implementation of system/report specifications
? Identify and execute ongoing enhancements to the various systems
? Follow the organization?s standards for specification development and documentation
? Ensure ongoing documentation of various systems
? Create and deliver end user training to support solutions and technologies
? Maintain proficiency with software applications/programs and/or department specific systems as required (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, Tririga, Crystal Reporting
? Act as liaison conveying information in suitably accurate models between the technical team and their business / technology counterparts.
? 5+ years BSA experience working in cross functional environments
? Demonstrated ability and experience in the following areas:
? Performing functional and technical analysis and documenting requirements
? Designing and developing business process and custom workflows
? Proven Leadership and project management experience in medium to large cross-functional projects
? Solid working knowledge of IT Infrastructure & IT systems
? Based on requirements:
o Configuring and Building workflows
o Configuring system GUIs with optional fields, locator queries, and to support multiple forms based upon workflow and security
o Configuring state family options
o Configuring system security via security manager
? Performance tuning system, database, and workflows to run faster
? Microsoft Office (including VISIO and MS-Project)
? Client Services experience
? Design Specifications
? Solutions Analyst
? Strong Writer
? Ability to work independently with little or no supervision,
Previous Experience in Commercial Real Estate Management (e.g. Lease Administration)
Tririga Certification preferred; Recent experience working with Tririga Real Estate module (Lease Administration experience a plus).
SQL for Oracle
Crystal Reports and/or BIRT
Lotus Notes

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
