The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations for a large commercial building services company located in New Jersey! The qualified individual will have heavy experience with managing high volume call centers and will need to be able to maintain organization and efficiency in a high pressure environment.

Responsibilities:
Manages multiple call queues and direct appropriate follow ups
Manages multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
Maintains excellent customer and vendor facing communication skills
Remains comfortable in direct communication rather than email
Demonstrates the ability to train, lead and motivate staff in high pressure environment
Exudes experience with vendor development and negotiations in service industries
Utilizes experience in pricing and service negotiations with vendor base of over 50 vendor partners
Aligns priorities of service partners, suppliers and operational staff to deliver best in class service to customer base
Audits service tickets and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance to service agreements and pricing
Demonstrates willingness to offer up opinions to senior management


Requirements:
Inventory management and distribution experience a huge plus
Ability to be hands on and roll up sleeves and while being a strategic thinker
Ability to understand financial impact of decision making and process development
Must be computer literate
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Experience with call center management software a plus


Salary:$80,000-$90,000Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
