Position
Summary:
To manage the daily operations and the staff of assigned studio(s) to meet or exceed the company goals in sales through increased sittings and sales average, labor margin, guest satisfaction and photographic expectations. Studio Managers are responsible for 3-15 Team Members during non-peak season and up to 30 during peak season in high volume studios.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of one to five years of experience working in a retail, photographic, or service industry
Able to work flexible schedule including: days, evenings, weekend and occasional holidays
Able to manage multiple challenges and to cope with change
Demonstrated strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
Able to frequently move up and down, bend, kneel, flex wrists and hands
Preferences:
2-4 year college degree in related field
Excellent customer service and rapport building skills, specifically with children and families
Previous demonstrated leadership & supervisory/management experience
Hands-on leadership style
High energy and a passion for the industry
